Jessica has always been passionate about interior design and homes; this passion began at a very young age when she would stay up all night rearranging and redecorating her childhood home in Detroit, Michigan. Fully committed to pursuing her dreams, Jessica petitioned her high school to let her graduate early. She drove across the country to San Diego, California, where she received a bachelor's degree in Interior Design from San Diego State University. Always recognizing opportunities, Jessica moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, the same week she graduated from college to work for a boutique design firm servicing high-profile casino executives. Clients were constantly buying and selling luxury real estate and relying on designers like Jessica to envision and create new functional floor plans and stunning, custom designs. It wasn't until a client bought a $10,000,000 penthouse sight unseen that Jessica decided to obtain her real estate license and move to the booming city of Dallas, Texas, a place she had never visited.

Over the next five years, Jessica learned the nuances of the real estate industry and the ins and outs of Dallas' neighborhoods while evolving her knowledge and skill set in construction, investing, development, media, and marketing. What began as an additional offering to design clients quickly became a catalyst for sustained growth and success. Along the journey, Jessica started staging, investing, and creating innovative content to swiftly establish herself as a top-producing agent and influential designer for complete gut renovations and new construction projects.

After over a decade in design and real estate, in 2021, Jessica Koltun founded Jessica Koltun Home, a new real estate brokerage, interior design studio, and residential development company, all in one, focused on designing dreams. Jessica Koltun Home breaks price-per-square-foot records across the city and provides services far beyond a traditional brokerage that allows buyers, sellers, investors, and developers to design dream homes.
