Full-Time Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

We’re looking for a full-time Virtual Executive Assistant to support the founder of a fast-paced, luxury-focused real estate and design company. This is not just an admin role—we need someone sharp, resourceful, and highly organized who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and help keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.

    • Full-time availability (40 hours/week during standard CST/EST working hours)

    • 3+ years of experience as a high-level virtual assistant or operations coordinator

    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    • Highly proficient in Google Workspace, ClickUp, Canva, and Instagram

    • Proactive, efficient, and detail-oriented—someone who takes ownership and gets ahead of problems

    • Experience in real estate, interior design, or luxury lifestyle industries is a plus

    • Discretion, professionalism, and a positive, can-do attitude

    • Manage email inboxes and calendars; schedule meetings and calls

    • Draft and edit emails, social captions, property listings, and design documentation

    • Coordinate between clients, vendors, contractors, and team members

    • Track and update project timelines, to-do lists, and spreadsheets (ClickUp, Google Sheets)

    • Assist with real estate transaction tracking and listing prep

    • Research vendors, materials, products, and comps

    • Manage social media scheduling and engagement support (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)

    • Support online ordering, travel planning, and occasional personal errands

  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred; must be CST or EST compatible)
    Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
    Compensation: Based on experience; long-term role with growth potential

Content Creator

Jessica Koltun Home is looking for a skilled Content Creator to turn our weekly professional photo and video assets into engaging Reels.

  • • 2+ years experience creating social content, especially for lifestyle or design brands
    • Strong portfolio of Reels/TikToks you've edited (even if content was provided by others)
    • Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot, or Canva
    • Deep understanding of Instagram formatting, audio trends, and aesthetic transitions
    • Ability to deliver 2–3 edited Reels per week + light graphics (Stories, carousels)

  • • Edit Reels using weekly photos and video footage from our projects
    • Add on-brand text overlays, trending audio, and strategic pacing
    • Align every piece of content with the @jessicakoltunhome brand voice
    • Suggest creative formats or ideas based on content trends
