I don't even know where to start when it comes to Bardha! SHE IS FREAKING AMAZING!! I met Bardha in June of last year when I was looking to rent a bigger home for myself and my family. She was the realtor on the property in which I was interested. We spoke at length about my situation and she informed me that the house was also for sale. At that time, I was not in a position to purchase a home due to credit issues. She was right on top of it! She got me into a rent-to-own program on the house and referred me to a credit specialist that could help me get my credit together.
I highly recommend Bharda, she is patient, great negotiator, respond in a great timely manner, sharp, flexible availability, knows how to meet client’s needs, more to your side than just making a sale. If you want a great house all what you have to do is talk to her and let her know what you are looking for. I found the house I want within 3 days. Do not hesitate to choose her for your next purchase.
We were lucky enough to meet Bardha at an open house. We were a little timid since we had just started seriously looking at homes, but Bardha was very warm and personable. She was knowledgeable and honest when answering our questions. After getting an idea of what we were looking for, Bardha emailed us a list of properties with her own notes and observations that she added about each. I LOVED this! It was different than just going through search engines and saving homes, and it was very helpful to get some feedback/observations from a professional. Bardha also sent us properties that were a bit out of our search area if she thought we would like them, and I'm glad that she did - we ended up buying in a different area than where we were initially searching!
